Filtration cartridges are working consumables and gradually accumulate or adsorb material as water passes through the system.
For many households, cartridge replacement is generally planned around annual intervals. Actual service life depends on water quality, household use, flow and site conditions.
Purenest Australia servicing support may include replacement cartridge supply, cartridge-change guidance, system inspection, pressure-gauge review and replacement of selected serviceable components where required, depending on the service booked.

Subject to the final formal warranty terms, exclusions may include the following.
The Purenest Australia product warranty covers eligible product defects according to its terms. Installation workmanship is provided by the licensed plumbing business carrying out the installation and may be subject to separate workmanship obligations, statutory requirements or agreed warranty terms.
For installations coordinated directly by Purenest Australia, customers should still contact Purenest Australia first so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply automatically and cannot be excluded by a business. A warranty is an additional promise and does not replace those rights.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may continue to apply even if the period stated in a warranty has ended, depending on the circumstances.
Purenest Australia supports selected replacement housings, gauges, valves, fittings and other components where available. The intention is to maintain a practical service pathway for the system rather than assume that a fault in one replaceable component requires replacement of the complete filtration unit.
Provide your name, installation address, contact number and approximate installation date.

Purenest Australia advises the appropriate remedy or next step.
Depending on the nature of the problem, the applicable warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate outcome may involve assessment, repair, replacement of an eligible component, replacement of goods, refund or another remedy available under law.
Support does not automatically stop when the warranty does. Purenest Australia can continue to assist with replacement cartridges, selected replacement components and servicing enquiries after the stated warranty period. Australian Consumer Law rights are separate from the Purenest Australia warranty and may also apply depending on the circumstances.
The system uses standard 20-inch x 4.5-inch housings. Replacement media should be appropriate for the system, intended water-treatment objective and operating conditions.
Cartridge compatibility and warranty implications depend on the product used and the circumstances. Contact Purenest Australia before changing the standard filtration configuration if you want confirmation.
Servicing requirements and their relationship to warranty coverage depend on the issue and whether maintenance contributed to the failure. Refer to the full warranty terms or contact Purenest Australia.
Shut off or isolate the system if safe and practical, then contact Purenest Australia or the installing licensed plumber promptly. Specific isolation instructions should follow the final installed plumbing configuration.
Include your installation address and approximate installation date so we can find the system on file.
